We were dealing with a broken AC unit due to a leak in our cooling coils. I had called five to six other businesses, but Kevin from Walker Heating & Air was quick to respond and provided me with two separate solutions: trying to fix it, and if it was unfixable, the cost of attempting the repair would be deducted. The technician was on time, professional, and provided clear details about what was wrong and explained that the unit would need to be replaced. I had some general questions to help me understand the different components of the unit and called Kevin, who kindly answered all of my questions without making me feel incompetent. They were quick, reasonably priced, and got everything done—it was pretty painless. We did have an issue the next day, however, when our house wasn’t cooling. I sent an email to Walker Heating & Air at 7:30 p.m. and received a quick response and a call saying they could come out to check it. The blower in my furnace wasn’t working, and they didn’t charge me for that appointment or for replacing the blower fan. I definitely recommend them, as their quality of work and customer service were fantastic.
